1. About these terms
   These terms cover your use of the Accurso Automobile Repair website at https://www.accursoauto.com/, online inquiry and scheduling tools, and customer messaging services. Please review them before using these services.
   
   These terms do not replace a vehicle repair estimate, repair authorization, invoice, warranty, or other agreement provided for work on your vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
2. Website information and estimates
   Our website and messages provide general information about automotive services. They are not a substitute for inspecting or diagnosing your vehicle.
   
   Online price ranges, automated responses, and preliminary estimates may depend on incomplete information. A final estimate may require inspection and diagnosis. We will provide required disclosures and obtain authorization for diagnostic work, repairs, and additional charges as required by applicable law. Requesting information or scheduling an appointment does not by itself authorize repairs.
3. Appointments and booking tools
   Our online tools may allow you to request or book an appointment. Follow the confirmation instructions provided by the booking system or our staff. Submitting an inquiry does not necessarily confirm an appointment.
   
   An appointment reserves time for the service described in the confirmation. It does not guarantee a diagnosis, completion time, parts availability, or final repair price. Please contact us if you need to change or cancel an appointment.
4. AI assisted messaging
   Where available, our Google Business Profile and other communication channels may use artificial intelligence to answer common questions, provide business information, and help with scheduling.
   
   Automated answers can be incomplete or incorrect. An automated response alone does not authorize repairs or establish a final diagnosis, repair price, completion date, or warranty. Please confirm important details with our staff and the applicable written service documents.
   
   You may ask to speak with a person or call 352.748.9004. An immediate response from a staff member is not guaranteed. Online messaging is not an emergency service. If your vehicle may be unsafe, stop driving when safe to do so and seek appropriate assistance.
5. Customer messages and choices
   When you initiate a conversation or otherwise consent to messages, you authorize us to respond about your inquiry and related service needs through that channel. This does not by itself enroll you in promotional messaging. Any marketing messages requiring separate consent will be subject to that consent.
   Message frequency varies with your conversation and service needs. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply. Delivery and feature availability depend on your device, carrier, and messaging provider.
   
   You can reply STOP to opt out of messages where supported, or contact us at 352.748.9004 for help or to request that messages stop. Opting out of messaging does not prevent you from obtaining service by phone or in person.
6. Messaging data and privacy
   Our Privacy Policy is available at https://www.accursoauto.com/privacy.html.
   
   To provide Google RCS messaging, Google, participating carriers, messaging providers, and Accurso Automobile Repair may process your phone number, message content, and related delivery or interaction information.
   
   By choosing to use our Google RCS messaging service, you authorize Google and participating providers to process this information as needed to operate and secure the service, deliver messages, and detect or prevent spam and abuse. Google's processing may include reviewing messages sent through RCS for Business and using message content to train AI models for spam detection and prevention, as described in Google's applicable RCS for Business terms and privacy disclosures.
   
   Google RCS business conversations are not encrypted from end to end. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, bank account information, or other sensitive credentials through chat.
   
   Our terms do not override Google's or your carrier's applicable terms. Required consent and privacy disclosures must also be provided through the relevant service.
7. External services
   Our website and messages may link to external services, including AutoOps appointment scheduling, estimate tools, and Google messaging. Those providers operate under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
   If a tool is unavailable or a confirmation is unclear, contact our staff directly. Using an external booking service does not replace the authorization required for vehicle repairs.
8. Appropriate use and website content
   Provide accurate contact and vehicle information and submit inquiries only for yourself or someone you are authorized to represent.
   
   Do not use our website or messaging services for fraud, spam, harassment, unlawful activity, or interference with their operation. We may restrict misuse as permitted by law.
   
   Website text, photographs, graphics, and branding belong to Accurso Automobile Repair or their respective owners. You may view and print content for personal use. Other copying or commercial use requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
9. Availability and repair warranties
   We make reasonable efforts to keep our online information accurate and our digital services available, but uninterrupted access and error free information are not guaranteed.
   This statement concerns our digital services. It does not disclaim or reduce any warranty applicable to vehicle repairs or parts. Applicable warranty coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures are set out in the warranty and service documents provided for your repair, subject to law.
10. Changes and applicable law
    We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter an existing repair agreement or warranty without any agreement required by law.
    
    Florida law and applicable federal law govern these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
